Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Products must be purchased within the last 3 days.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Only selected products are eligible for returns/exchanges. Return eligibility is clearly mentioned on each product page. Policies may change without prior notice.
Wrong Products, Shortages, or Damages:
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete order, we will exchange the item.
- A clear unboxing video from start to finish (without any cuts & Blur) is mandatory for verification. No exceptions will be entertained without this proof.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged by the customer (e.g., stains, breakage, used) are not eligible for return.
Custom Orders:
- For customized or size-specific products, please contact us before placing the order. We will confirm all details before shipping.
Condition of Returned Goods:
- We may refuse returns for items showing signs of use, wear, damage, or soiling.
- Returns not meeting the above conditions may also be refused at our sole discretion.
Note:
- If a wrong product cannot be exchanged due to stock unavailability or other reasons, reimbursement will be provided as applicable.
Self-Shipping Option:
- If we do not offer pickup in your area, you will need to ship the product to our office address.
Return/Exchange Charges:
- Charges may apply depending on the case and will be determined individually.
Return Request Period:
- Requests must be made within the return period specified on the product page. Requests outside this period will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping:
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled through our website.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address:
- If your address is incomplete or insufficient, we will contact you for verification before shipping. You will not incur any fees for corrections.
Contact Attempts:
- We will try to reach you via phone or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
Failure to Respond:
- If there is no response within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Refund Process:
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as per our refund policy. (Specify timeline if applicable.)
Customer Responsibility:
- Providing accurate and complete address details is your responsibility. Failure to do so may lead to delivery issues or cancellation.
Pre-Dispatch Communication:
We always contact customers before shipping to avoid delays or cancellations.
